I had the pleasure of working with Bob, who recently installed a new toilet for me, and I couldn't be more impressed! He eliminated a couple extra hassles for me like deposing of all heavy waste from the project. He worked quickly and efficiently, completing the job in under an hour, but still paid great attention to detail, ensuring the caulking lines were perfectly clean and neat. What really stood out was his clear communication throughout the process—he explained each step, sent photos post-completion, and was upfront about his capabilities, which made me feel confident in his work. On top of that, he was friendly and professional, and even offered to help with future projects. I highly recommend him, especially since a good friend of mine recommended him to me. Bob took my emergency (water pipe burst) call late on a Friday, and he was here within an hour. He quickly resolved the issue, and had us back up and running in no time! Making our experience even better, Bob listened and thoughtfully explained the issue and what was needed in a way that made us feel very comfortable.
