Frank Martinez5 StarI asked Sergio for a quote to widen driveway and extend our patio. He gave me a quote that was much better than any we received prior. Once we agreed he and his crew came the very next day and began work. They worked cleanly and very respectful of our property. The result exceeded our expectation the finished product looked better than our existing concrete work on our new build home blending in seamlessly . David Perkins5 StarCan't say enough positive things about Sergio and his crew. I reached out for a quote on a Saturday to redo the sidewalk at my house which had settled and was holding water badly.
To my surprise, Sergio was willing to come the next day (on a Sunday) to look at the job. Had his quote on Monday which turned out to be the best quote I received out of three. Said he could start the work the next day. It had taken me three weeks to get the other quotes. I decided to go with Sergio's Concrete Work and Demolition.
They showed up Tuesday morning bright and early with everything they needed to do the job. When I say he and his guys hit the ground running, I mean they never looked up until the job was done. Within 15 minutes of arriving they were already pulling out full sections of the sidewalk!
I have some significant concrete experience so I was able to watch what they were doing. The grade was set with a laser transit to perfection. They used stabilized sand where the slab had settled prior. They properly tied the sidewalk into the front porch and driveway like the original contractor should have done. Sergio worked right along side his guys and kept a close eye on the quality from start to finish.
Not only was the job done to perfection with exceptional attention to detail, THEY LEFT THE JOB SITE SPOTLESS. They even pressure washed my driveway where the skid steer had left a bunch of mud and dirt on it.
My wife was all nervous about how the project would turn out and how much damage would be done to the yard, as well as, how messy the site would be after the job was completed. She was thrilled with the outcome which says it all!
